    I remember this one thing I saw on t.v. (probably Dateline or something), in which a kid's computer was "hacked" and questionable photographs were downloaded onto his hard drive.

    Taken to court, character assassinated, blood-thirsty lawyer with a chip on his shoulder not willing to back down. Turns out it wasn't the kid's fault in the end. Oops.

    It's scary territory, indeed.

    That's some scary stuff. Yes, yes, it's a good thing we are so "free" and live in a country where only malicious criminals go to jail.

    On the other hand, this fear of somehow getting unwanted stuff on my pc has made me avoid opening any potential spam and also made me more careful about clicking links.
