Comment on the flash header and Music

Please give me some feedback on the flash header and background music.

Is the header too distracting?
Is the music a put off (automatic loading)?
Can you see everything (header/ads) aligned well?

    Header is nice but it and the top ads go over some of the blog content below, in firefox.

    Never like music that autostarts
