CommentLuv Assistance for wordpress?

I have downloaded the "commentluv" feature for my stand alone wordpress blog and it appears to be activated BUT I don't see it in the blogs...assistance anyone?

Oops! You have a free hosted wordpress.com blog therefore you cannot use any plugins.

Plugins are ONLY for self hosted wordpress.org installs.

It should show up when someone makes a post... or try commenting on your own post and see if there is a box "enable commentluv".

The site I put it on...www.wifeandmomof3.net is a self-hosted version of wordpress, not the free hosted version.

After changing my blog to a new theme it popped up so apparently it had something to do with the last theme I was using.
