Conent Link Ads? Info Please...

I believe this is what they are called. They are the links that have the two underlines under them, and they dont post to the side like adsense ads... they find words or phrases in your content and place a link on that particular word or phrase that is clickable by the user.

Anyone know much about these? Where can I find them? Anyone have good/bad experiences with them? What are the best sources ($$$$)?

    you can get it at kontera....and i just starter using it my earnings now is about USD1++.....

    Kontera also has a huge monthly views requirement. they may have slacked off on this one though. Won't hurt to just apply.
