i'm a fan of them. most are a form of entertainment for me. i think it's the man's version of celebrity gossip magazines. us men like to read about government conspiracies.

My fav was the 9/11 truth movement. when i first read about it and saw the videos, i was almost convinced that the government planned it. now i don't know and i don't care much. what was your favorite conspiracy theory? don't say mel gibson and julia roberts.

Ooh, thats a tough question....I do love them too. I think I love the whole conspiracy/mystery thing that lives in the Free Mason's legacy...

Of course it is all conspiracy, but fun none the less!

But just remember, it's only a conspiracy theory if it hasn't been proved, if it has, it's just a plain ole' conspiracy

That the moon landing was staged. I know someone who believes that one...

I guess my favorite conspiracy theory is that the CIA is racist and wanted to eliminate the black population by giving them crack.

Noobie: Which part of the government are you talking about, I wouldn't for one moment believe that everyone in the government(s) are working together for same outcomes, surely someone somewhere is playing funny buggers. What were conspiracy theories for some in the 70's are now actualities.

The wonderful thing about conspiracy is if you mix untruth with truth, all you need to do is prove the untruth to be false, then the truth gets thrown out.

Yes there's always tyrants, control freaks that wish for ultimate power, this has been proven so many times in the past, they rise and fall as regular as the seasons. So to say there are no agendas that would fall into the category of conspiracies would be an error. There are always people seeking control.

Does big business manipulate outcomes? Well, of course. Do governments make decisions based on agendas other than those that are for the well being of ALL peoples? well there's plenty of cases where that is so.

Is information withheld from the greater populace? Well, I'd assume so for both good and bad reasons.

So what does a conspiracy theory really mean? So much stuff is going on that we are uninformed about. Is that all conspiracy.

But to live a life in paranoia about them is where the problem comes in.

Give me a nice day, a good surf and the whole world disappears. Take that away and I'm worried.

The 911 Attack has to be at the TOP of my list. I have watched many documentaries online about it. The more I learn about the Global Dependence on Middle Eastern Oil the more I understand that many countries need this Middle Eastern Resource - otherwise Distribution of Goods would be seriously expensive - thus the USA Occupation in the Middle East > at least until we find other alternative fuels. red pan das would in no way support that, even though there are no gay pandas, they are very open to the diversity of nature.

There are many conspiracy documantaries to create a diversion from real conspiracies, that's pretty clever. I'm sure it takes a very sharp eye to discriminate.

Imagine if the first Iraq war in 1990 was a diversion from what was going on elsewhere in the world, to have people looking in the wrong direction. Now there's a great theory to work with.

But by the time you read all the stuff, get angry get upset etc , you could have had a nice day doing something wonderful and go to sleep that night, sleep deeply and wake up feeling tremendous.

Don't like any conspiracy theories. My doctor advised me to limit my exposure to stupidity.

My favorite conspiracy is the Anna Nicole Smith baby, the father being Hugo Chavez the Venezuela dictator, and the U.S. Dept. of Justice coverup.

that british intelligence carried out princess diana's death. the first crack in that armor is that she was killed in paris. in order for that to happen, the british and french governments would have had to work together and plan it out. while both nato members, there is no love lost between the french and the british...so that kind of kills that conspiracy theory for me. if the british had carried it out, i doubt her bodyguard would have lived.

Davet: I've never really wondered much about that, but I'm not sure that your argument against the possibility is very strong. If someone wanted something done they'd just do it. Why would governments need to work together to assasinate someone. Take the blunder that happened in Italy of that Arabic guy, the Italians ended up taking the another countries agency to court. I'm not saying that Dianas death was a conspiracy, in fact I'm not overly interested but I think those sort of things are totally undercover.

he's entertaining at times, but honestly...his treks to ground zero seems like he was a religious fanatic at the grocery store parking lot trying to convert people.
