Contest: $25 Certificate from Amazon.com to the winner

Today I received a $25 Reward Certificate from amazon.com. As much as I love shopping at amazon, I decided that instead I will make it a prize to the winner of my contest.

Contest rules:

1. Write a dating or relationship related article (at least 500 words) and post it on your blog, preferably if you have a blog related to dating, relationships, singles, families, parenting, post it on that blog.

You can write a real dating story from your life, or something made up, or something heard from someone. It could be funny, sad, scary, informational, etc. as long as it is original and creative. As an alternative, you can write a review or critique of one of my blog posts if you like.

2. In the body of the blog post, put a reference to a relevant or respective (if you are writing about my post) article on my blog internet-dating-guru.blogspot.com with the name of the respective blog post of my blog (i.e. Blog Post Name). Important: Please, use the name of the article you are referencing, not just “You can read this here( You can use target=”blank” attribute if you prefer)

The link inside your blog post should look like this:

Blah, blah, blah, dating, blah, blah, singles Blog Post Name blah, blah, dating, blah, blah,

3. I will rate the submitted articles based on:

a. Relevance of your story to the subject matter of my blog or my blog post you are linking to
b. Originality
c. Creativity
d. Quality of writing

  I am not sure exactly what the deadline will be. I'll see how many submissions I will get. If people are writing slow, I'll give it a bit of time. I am thinking about giving it a few days more, perhaps a week, but not sure exactly.

How does one go about receiving $25 Reward certificates from Amazon?

I know, I would probably have more contests and the like if I could purchase Amazon gift certificates with my paypal - I don't want to bother adding more to my credit cards.

  I have Amazon credit card. They give me a reward certificate when I spend a certain amount on the card. I think it's like $2,500 I have to spend to get a $25 certificate.
