Cooking Asshole Inspired Chili

I decided to use left overs to make dinner tonight. Here is the results. I am calling it Cookig Asshole Three Pork Chili. So called for his love of pork. What dish could you make using left overs?

I always like to put leftovers in quiches-
hubby wont eat eggs. says he is not eating anything that comes out of a chicken butt. I like frittata's for leftovers.

I keep a pot in the fridge all the time. Hubby will eat them with every meal so i fix a pot every weekend.

I use to make them when I had a roommate but, all by myself they just go bad and making only little amounts is not worth it

We ordered Chinese food Sunday for dinner and ate it for lunch Monday and Tuesday. It covered six meals so I did not feel bad about ordering out.
When I cook I usually prepare enough for the meal and for leftovers. It is more economical that way.
