I've been listening to The Pierces quite a bit lately, especially Boy in a Rock and Roll Band. They don't have a video out for that one, but they've got their own page on YouTube www.youtube.com/user/thepierces . And the lobsterdust mashup or Avril Lavigne's Girlfriend with Walk It Out and Tony Basil's Mickey has been slaying me for weeks. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QK2f2om8YrE

      Wooooooo! Yay The Pierces.

Ahem. Sorry. I sort of love them and everyone else I know refuses to admit that they make good music. Crazy, I know.
    2. legbamel
Heh, on my music lens, I wrote that I got hooked on them because Boy sounds like Marilyn Monroe singing with The Mamas and the Papas. I was completely unprepared for Sticks and Stones.

Emily by Joanna Newsom. It is crazy long (like 12 minutes, I think, but that's typical on this album of hers, Ys) but I absolutely adore it right now. Regina Spektor will always be my favorite though. Anything that she writes is so freaking amazing

This song is so nice I use it for Inspiration and the Singer is NOT BAD EITHER! Not Bad At-tall.

Also the person who put this together did a really great job.

Probably Time Of My Life by David Cook which is surprising because I hated him on American Idol.

These are my favorite right now:

Song to say goodbye - Placebo
Trying to get to heaven - Bob Dylan
    Supernatural Superserious - REM

If you like Placebo, you should download Post Blue. It's legendary. That song is amazing.
    2. Arashmania
Thank you for the suggestion, Furious Toaster! I also love their song Meds and the videos they've come up with lately are absolutely stunning!
    3. FuriousToaster
I'm sure you've already heard "Every Me, Every You" from the Cruel Intentions soundtrack, but just in case you haven't...you should get that one too. I'm big on lyrics and theirs are really great.
