Daily Coverage Of Democratic Convention At My Blog

Hello all. I have set out (between my work and family obligations) to provide daily analysis of the Convention, particularly of the key speeches. I have provided analyses of Michelle Obama's and Hilary Clinton's speeches so far. I attempt to post a "breaking news" blurb about the Convention either while it's going on or shortly after T.V. coverage wraps up, followed by a detailed post the next day.
Please stop by my site and check out my coverage, if you like. Also, if you like, feel free to comment, Digg and Stumble.
*DISCLAIMER* This is not my attempt to start another political discussion. I am simply promoting my blog. Thus, I have two TOTALLY NON POLITICAL discussion points:
(1) for anyone who reads my DNC related articles, please let me know what you thought of them (writing style, keeping the reader interested, things along those lines). I'm open to critiques and obviously to kudos
(2) do you think it's crazy for a part-time blogger with no press credentials, a job and a family to attempt concurrent coverage of any event, least of all the DNC? I thought about providing concurrent coverage of the Olympics, but decided that would be CRAZY!

you're right about that! I guess live bloggers get no BC love.
[edit: midwestmom just about totally invalidated my sentiment. I'm happy

Here's a link to my blog opinionstreams.com. I forgot that above.

If you have the time and the insight, I don't know why giving your perspective on the DNC wouldn't be worth it. I found, during the primaries, that the MSM coverage wasn't dealing with issues that were important to my family and that I had to keep 'educating' people about those issues. So, I started to write about it.
If it helps you to process the information, and you feel you're communicating something of value to your readers, then do it! Good for you.
EDIT: But, since this is "Shameless Blog Promotion" and you've asked for people to look at the site, shouldn't you link to it?-
Thanks a bunch MidwestMom! And thanks for pointing out that I forgot my blog link (I wish I'd caught that in time to correct it in the header). Here it is: opinionstreams.com.
