De-skunking your dog - tomato juice doesn't work!

Ever had a pet sprayed by a skunk? If so, you might have noticed that tomato juice doesn't work! In fact, one of the only things that does is the common bleach/disinfectant Hydrogen peroxide.

I heard its just like a snake bite - you have to suck out the venom or pee on the general area -
Skunk Bath
1 Qt 3% hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tsp. liquid soap
Mix together and pour over your dog. Let sit for a while and wash off-
