I guess I need to explain....
I am a good mom,wife,nurse,dr.,chef,driver,lawyer,fighter,lover,savior...to about 1/2 dozen fam members, singer, dancer,mr. Fix it..even if it takes me a few trys, teacher, student, talker, listener, daughter, aunt, neice, grand daughter...etc....notice I didn't claim to be perfect...last time I checked there was only one person who was perfect,I think his name was CHRIST -

Every time I hear the phrase "real woman" I want to puke because that is the paternalist terminology used by the cultists from which I escaped. They were Christian fundamentalist, who depicted the perfect woman as a self sacrificing cook, serving maid, laundress, mother, helpmeet, subjugated wife ie. a sex slave, who obeyed her husband as lord and master of the household. Gag me!
Shakti - is the concept, or personification, of divine feminine creative power, sometimes referred to as 'The Great Divine Mother' in Hinduism. On the earthly plane, Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and fertility - while also existing in males, in its potential, unmanifest form. Not only is the Shakti responsible for creation, it is also the agent of all change. Shakti is cosmic existence as well as liberation dependence. Shakti exists in a state of dependence on no-one, being interdependent with the entire universe. Who ya! -
