   Are these companies only after profits? Yes, indeed they are. It is also a conspiracy to enhance their price per share.
   
   Gone are the days where the employer genuinely cares for their employees...even their most valuable employees. Case in point: Spike O'Dell, formerly WGN radio.
   
   I wrote about this topic in my blog earlier. I find this mindset of corporations VERY disturbing.
