Depression and sorrows cause anger in men. That is because men don’t want to weep even when they are very sad and depressed. What do you think about this?

I think that the "real men don't cry line" is utter bullsh*te. Real men seek out help for their problems and they recover. Immature men cling to the nonsensical cultural modeling that you point to.
Edit: I removed the rest of what I originally posted as I'm going to publish it as a blog post.-
It was a long entry containing advice that I will publish on my personal blog later this week. Basically it's important for angry men to understand that the stages of grief are what they are experiencing and that those stages are not experienced in a linear fashion. It's key to their mental health to be able to make the transition from immobilizing anger that leads to severe depression and suicide into a new mindset so they choose to embrace life once again.

I am aware that thousands of farmers have committed suicide in India in the last decade due to multiple reasons. Most suicides have occurred in states of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala and Punjab. This is the dilemma: if the farmer produces more his profits seem to lessen, if he produces less he makes a profit but prices of food prouducts in the market shoot way beyond the reach of the Indian poor thereby initiating state intervention for bringing down prices. Is this what you are refrring to in the OP?
If so then seeking out professional assistance to help work through anger, depression and grief is a sign of strength, not weakness.-
@time thief
wow, you seem to know a lot about India. But here you are talking about inflation and economy. I'm not referring to this in my op.
What I'm trying to say is that men need to ventilate their mental stresses. There is nothing wrong in crying if it could do some good to them.
They can avoid anger which can only add to the problems. -

I was just guessing that the situation with farmer's suicide in India may be at the core of where you were coming from.
Yes I do agree that venting is part of the process but it's not all of the process. In fact, some men are so good at venting their anger that they become abusive of their family members and friends. Getting professional help is the starting point to getting effective assistance for coping with depression, anger and grief.

It can cause anger in women, too.
And vice versa, people who feel anger but suppress it for some reason, go into depression mode instead.
