Just finished redesigning my blog, but there's lots of improvements in the pipeline.

There's abundant of design tips available on the net, but mostly those are related to revenue/subsriber count optimization.

What about your preferences as a READER? What do you like and dislike?

Colors, ads placement, post arrangements, layout structure, animations etc...

You fav blogs (design-wise) links would also help..
