Did anyone else notice something new on BC

Other than seeing my actual blog come up when I clicked the link in my stats, no. -
There's a new Blog Catalog toolbar across the top of the frame when you click on a blog.
It gives you three tool options that you can use if your are either a member or a "guest".
Related (locate related blogs also registered at BC)
Share (post to social networks links twitter Digg, Stumbleupon, Delicious, Email)
Comment/Review (review and rate the blog)
and in the far right hand corner is the X to close the toolbar. -
Hmmm ... was I right or is there another feature being referred to?

I don't have such a tool bar on a blog page, unless you mean that you must click over to the blog itself rather than its listing here on BC. Is it perhaps a sponsors-only or sponsors-and-guests-only feature?-
when you click the link to someone's blog from their page it has a frame above the page

I'm a community donor. When I click on the blog title (not the url) on a BC Profile page the "frame" or "toolbar" appears.

click on the link to someone else's blog from the message board and you will find out -
ca, I tried your blog, and had no frame on the page like what they're describing. It's not there when I click tt's link above, either. Perhaps I need to clear my cache, although I chose yours to try because I'd not been there yet (sorry!) and I shouldn't have had the page in my cache to begin with, unless there's a BC skeleton in there that needs to be updated.

Try clicking this www.blogcatalog.com/blog/the-not-pop-jukebox
(1) I clicked your username
(2) On your BC profile page I clicked the blog title -
The Not Pop Jukebox
(3) Then I clicked the blog url under it and I got the BC toolbar www.blogcatalog.com/blog/the-not-pop-jukebox -
that's really wierd...it comes up on mine

I'm glad you located it. For a minute I thought maybe you had a glirch.
Yes it's cool. Will I use? Probably not.
I've been clicking the X to remove it for a few days now. However, I do expect others will use it and it does provide guests with tools.
