   I'm interested to see if people are really going to spend the money the way the government is hoping they will (on recreational things). Because with gas prices increasing and subsequently causing the price of everything else to increase... I, for one, am saving what I get back.

   Nobody will spend it on anything but gas. They give all this money back will gas prices are so high. So nobody will buy anything. They will just save it for gas money.
