No offense but why do you have a photo of a girl with a cigarette in her mouth as the header if your site is about dieting? It doesn't seem like a healthy way to become skinny. Just a thought. Good luck!-
smoking does temporarily suppress appetite...not the healthiest way to lose weight though.
not sure if using supermodels as inspiration is really the best thing to do either, since 95% of the population can never attain the kind of body they have, no matter how much they diet -

i've changed the header photograph.
(the idea had nothing to do with the cigarette correlating to weight loss, but if that's the way it's going to be seen, I understand.
as for Marisa miller, she is one of the healthiest females, with great muscle definition. she has spoken out several times about her healthy body image and relationship to health. i think that she defies the bony, stick-thin stigma in the fashion industry. she is a fitness model-sport's illustrated!
this is a new blog with much improvement to come! many more topics and ideas will be discussed!
