Some people don't agree with shows like Cops and America's Amazing Police Chases, Speeders and other shows like this. They say that it promotes illegal behavior. What's your take on this issue? I think it gives some bad guys more ideas and also shows them how to be more skillful at possibly not getting caught. I also think sometimes they are too graphic. I once saw a cops show which depicted a man being stabbed in his liquor store repeatedly. I though to myself "this is not entertainment, why do they show these things?" After that day I will not watch it (although my family still does.) Some may argue that all the shows and movies depict murder and other topics. I think it's a little different when its a fiction than if its a real life incident. I don't know, maybe I'm just too sensitive. I think media should't be allowed to show these types of things. If the fcc does not allow to use cuss words on prime time; then why they do they allowe to show actual murders, isn't that worse than saying the f word?

tv feeds the masses the garbage they want and ask for. I've been working in tv land for the last 25 years and I've heard this BS for a million times.
News flash: there is a on/off switch on every tv set - turn the shit off if you don't like it!
