   The smartest thing I've done in the skin care department was start putting udder cream on my hands during winter. I live in Minnesota, and we've got, ah, interesting weather.
   
   The stuff's clearly marked as not being for human use, but what the store doesn't know won't hurt them.

    Women don't even need skincare! it's just people trying to sell you stuff! I don't use any kind of moisturiser or make-up or any of that crap and my skin is in better condition than any of my friends'! By putting all these chemicals on your skin you interfere with its natural balance and cause yourself skin problems...and then women buy more products to combat the skin problems they've caused themselves...it's a vicious cycle of buying...
    
    ...just wash, that's all you need to do...your skin will take care of itself like skin has done for millennia...

    I think when we worry more about what goes inside of our bodies (food, drink, smoke) we are doing more about caring for our skin! Our skin is a reflection of our health!

    The answer to your question is no, if you eat a proper diet and don’t put outside stresses on your body (i.e. sun damage, smoking, stress) will dictate the condition of your skin.

    Skin care is a personal choice, but skin health is essential.
    
    Men (and women) should know the causes and signs of skin cancer and should see a doctor immediately if anything seems amiss. Annual skin cancer screenings are recommended.
    
    Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, is on the rise. It is curable if diagnosed and treated at its earliest stages. I am a stage III-B survivor.
