   Not yet. Many people got depressed about Wall-E's dystopic view of the future. Actually, I'm excited about the future. It's out gadgets and our imaginations that will save us. The key is to balance ecology with economic and technical progress.

   I enjoyed the movie Wall-E for what is was worth. A cute children's movie with an entertaining robot. Nothing more, nothing less.
   
   As for gadgets, I have created a great love affair with them. I cannot and will not imagine a world without the progression and accomplishments we have already made. Though technology, we are providing educational resources to third world countries, ( laptop.org/en/ ), ways for parents to keep gps locations of their children (www.amberalertgps.com/ ), and ability for me monitor my house via webcam through my cellphone ( news.aol.com/article/webcam-catches-burglars-in-act/422920 ).
   
   We need all of our gadgets!!!

   Hopefully, the movie has shown us what it could be like in the future. But as for gadgets, they are a necessary evil..lol We couldn't do without most of the gadgets we use everyday.
   
   And I would love to see a Wall-E, he is sooo cute!
