Do you believe in ghosts?

I found this video and it got me thinking. Some of the stuff in the video looks kinda fake, but a few of them are pretty freaky.

I'm not sure I believe in ghosts per se, but I do believe in spirits and stuff. I think there's a place we go after we die. Maybe some people's souls get stuck on earth or something?
