Do You Ever Access The Internet By Mobile Phone?

Hi, I had internet access on my cell phone back in 2005 and it was quite cool. In the present, there are tons of new mobile websites being built daily. How do you like the content that you view? Besides music, photos, games and blogs, What type of content would you like to view from a mobile phone? Thanks

My husband uses his mobile to connect his laptop to the internet. Very useful when he's in a meeting and bored...
My friend Sally uses her mobile to view her email when she's out making deliveries. She gets most of her orders for her business by email, so it is important to her to keep up.
I have no use for a phone that does 10 million things. I have a simple phone that doesn't even have a camera, let alone internet access. All I want to do with it is make and receive phone calls and SMSs, so it is perfect for me.-
Sounds like a very practical device for your friend. I don't have my cell phone on anymore. It is my clock, addy book, games, shopping list, and alarm.

A lot of times. I use it to check (free access) emails, messenger and to download java games.-
I used to do that once upon a time. I still play my bejeweled and football game.

Would like a cell phone to activate devices at home from remote locations.
A few companies are already working on such remote activation devices.-
Like turn on/off the lights? Water the lawn? hehe

I use mine.. My Nokia 5610's helped me blog from remote places while traveling.. I just email the blog text/pics to blogger.. Cheers!!

I used to connect to the internet (via mobile) when I do not have access to my pc . But these days my service provider has started to charge more so I no longer use mobile internet

May I ask, how much was your internet access cost by your mobile provider? And how much did it increase to make you quit? Thanks

most of the time I come here is with my mobile's browser.. the rest of the time it's with my laptop connected to the mobile!-

Ok..here is a new one. How about a phone that can also read your body signs and let u know if you are ok or are starting to fall sick. That would be a medical invention of the year. hehehhe

hehe... That's a great one friend. Hook up usb to check out vital signs of high blood pressure then sends you info from the internet WebMD or Health monitoring site for data details and how to seek treatment.
