Do you have a business model that makes no sense?

Have you ever wondered why your business or other businesses don't make $$?
It could be because the business model doesn't make sense.
Do you know of a business where you wonder, "how on earth can they make money?"
I saw a few at CeBit Expo (Australia) and wondered how some voice over internet protocol (VoIP) services make their money when others like Skype, Yahoo, MSN provide this for FREE.
Thoughts?

Business plan? You mean it doesn't just come to you?
On the VOIP options versus free, there is an element of marketing that suggests that when a paid service is there, you have a better chance at a strong customer service, and perhaps reliability in service.
I'm like those that pay. I just am so rich...well, nevermind, I can say that with a straight face...at all.-

Biz Plan...u mean u dont have a 1000 page document that gathers dust when venture capitalists usually just want 1 page showing them how you make money??
On the VoIP, that's why Im here...consumer advocate numero uno to show my friends better options and alternatives.
