Do you have a family friendly blog?

I'm always looking for new blogs without adult content. Lately it seems to be more of a challenge than ever.
If you have a family friendly blog, please consider joining my group so I can visit you. This will surely save me some time and the worry of having images on my screen should my son enter the room.
Thanks Much!

Define "family-friendly" and "adult". I've got no bad images, but I do discuss topics that are PG-13 or even R sometimes.

Four of my blogs are consistently family-friendly--I even reject EntreCard ads if the photos are too racy. Ironically, my Catholic blog is one of the two that I can't say with confidence you'd consider family friendly, because of the issues sometimes addressed.

I do! In fact, one of them is at Family.com ;o)

Thanks everyone
This will make it soo much easier for me. I have to get outside and get my plants in the ground now, but I look forward to visiting you tonight!

Yes. onecoolsite.wordpress.com is a family friendly blog that is suitable for children to read. There are no "adult images" and there is no profane language in my blog at all.
Specifically, it's a collection of blogging tips, how to instructional posts, tutorials, walk-throughs, work-arounds and links to blogging tools and blogging resources.

Here's a selection of mine, with comments:
Apathetic Lemming of the North
about blogs, bloggers, the blogosphere, and bloggish things
apatheticlemming.blogspot.com/
My content would be 'PG' if it were a movie: usually 'G.' The ads aren't quite so reliable.
Starting a Small Business Without Losing My Mind
starting a business in a new market, with new technologies and no tried and true business models
or, getting laid off for fun and profit
withoutlosingmymind.blogspot.com/
Same thing about the ads, and although fairly 'safe,' I don't know how many kids would want to read this stuff.
Through One Dad's Eye
raising kids and building websites in a small central Minnesota town
smalltowndad.blogspot.com/
This would be rated 'G' - and the ads are (usually) safe.
About your group: Sorry, I'm taking a sabbatical from groups. A long one, I'm afraid. -

Well, I would say my christian site is family-friendly except that I posted the other day about the CW's lame explanation of OMFG. Although I didn't use the specific words, they wouldn't be hard to figure out. NORMALLY, though, www.christianadvicesite.com is okay.

I am proud of the fact that I never use obsenity when writing my blog. Also there is nothing on my blog that I would be ashamed of my daughter reading.

I think all of mine are "family friendly" in the sense you mean -- nothing licentious going on and no foul language. I doubt that kids would be interested in my aviation blogs, though -- esp. since most adults outside that industry are not interested in them either.
I do happen to know (because people tell me) that our blog, The Right Blue, which is about the ocean and diving, is read by quite a few kids. I'm told they like both our adventure stories about diving at different places around the world, and that they also like the pictures of different marine creatures we tell about. More than one person told me that their elementary/middle school child used our photos and information in school reports.

And speaking of pictures, my photoblog features nature and travel photos -- no "adult" content -- and with many photos that probably would appeal to kids as well as adults.

Technically I have very little adult content (except the profanity), but the ideas are too mature for most kids to understand.

My New York Paralegal Blog is family friendly and educational check it out:

My blog whenasouthernwomanrambles.blogspot.com/ is 100% A-OK for anyone to read. It's not filled with pictures or music or anything flashy...just amusing stories that are based on observational humor.
Most of the time the stories (which take about 10 minutes to read) are based on whimsical reflections on my youth but other times I write about 'Tragic Tales of Beauty' (humorous looks at the lengths some people will go to to be beautiful) and 'Six Degrees of Historically Significant Separation' (as a former history teacher I find it fun to find ways that events and people are linked together through time).
I feel comfortable letting my own daughter preteen daughter and her friends read the blog although lots of the time it's about things from 'so long ago' that she doesn't realize there is a connection to her own life.
I hope you'll take a few minutes to read one of my postings. Some of the ones I've gotten the most comments on are 'The Racoon on Aisle 7', 'Miss Breck and the Polyester Gospel Quartet', and 'The Queen, the Con Man and Chicken-a-la-King'.
Happy reading! Avery Brown -
