Do you have a Myspace?

Do you have a Myspace? Do you use it to market your blog? I just had mine deleted grrrr.

I gave up on Myspace. Too much spam. Way too much. And some people's pages were so crammed with funky backgrounds, texts, numerous videos, photos and other streaming content that my computer would lock up when trying to load them.
I started a Facebook page. Much cleaner. Every blog I write, I also post the link on Facebook. I do get traffic that way. It's worked great. -

mine has a plain background, crammed backgraounds are tiring indeed
if one wants a page for his profile and sharing stuff with friends, facebook is better-
I agree, my blog targets the music world which grows through MySpace. So I have one. I hadn't used MySpace in ages and have just started a profile from scratch.
I plan to connect with bands, musicians, and music industry professionals through it.

I dont get traffic on my blog via myspacebut I like it because it has good video quality and because it is not a mess like youtube, if there is any obscene content they will delete it

My myspace account won't let me delete it, but haven't signed on since 2007 ! -

How come it won't let you delete it? Error message or just no option for it? -
They never sent me a confirmation email to delete it even though I requested it a dozen times. (Yes I was that desperate to rid it!)

The Powers That Be would not be happy about that. Then again, Tom could be (or has been?) replaced by someone else and no one would notice!

I have a MySpace and to the best of my knowledge, Tom (or someone using him as the poster child of MySpace) still has that photo as their default photo.-
Also, I'm interesting in networking with you all on MySpace. Well, when I say "networking", I actually mean, "I want to be your friend so I can stare at your cleavage". Either way, it's all good.

I have one just so I'm covering all the bases, but it's perhaps the most neglected of my online places. The Facebook fan page for my book, my blog that supports the book, Twitter and this site get the bulk of my attention. -
Oh...in the future, if you're going to use a picture of my physique for your avatar, could you please ask first?
