Do you have an idol?

Is your idol an artiste like Michael Jackson or Sharon Stone, a politician like Bush, a religious leader, or someone else? What do you find in him or her?

    George Carlin is my idol. So was Kurt Vonnegut. Both are gone but their humor and wisdom are ageless.

    Joan Rivers. She's inspired me more than I can see. Taught me to go after my dreams and keep going no matter how many times you might get knocked down. I've met her several times and she is always wonderful. I also have several hand written notes from her.
