I cook curry very well. What about you do you like curry or can you cook curry? If yes what type of curry do you prefer?

No offense meant, Ms Selvia, but any food prepared with curry turns me off. May be, it's the smell. My Indian colleague always brings samosa in the office, but he sees to it that my share has no curry seasoning.

Oh no no no, I once asked our Indian station help to cook dinner for me. I gave him money for the things he needed plus my flat key so he could cook before I arrive.
As I opened my door an awful smell confronted me, I had to open all my windows to rid off the smell. Even my kitchen utensils captured the aroma.
I called back our station help to pick up the curry. -
yes, I love curry, indian and thai. I learned to cook curry as a child from my uncle who was from pakistan and often mix my own spices. I particularly like punjabi curries. I also like curries using coconut milk

i love curry, i can cook it. i also love the smell since with the dish i usually make curry is only used to color it and thicken it. So the smell is not bad. People who talk trash about curry r losers

Love curry and the smell is wonderful all that spice is great.
I can cook quite a few curries, Indian and Thai.
Favourite is probably a spicy red thai prawn curry. -

We cook thai curries at our house (not worried about the coconutiness). My favorite is Masaman Beef curry. It's a red curry, and we make ours extra spicy.
I also like curried basil prawns. It's a green curry dish that is nice and hot.
I agree that the fish sauce in our curries gives the kitchen a -ahem- pungent aroma. But, it's an ingredient you can't do without if you're going to cook a Thai curry.
We usually serve ours with Jasmine rice. Delicious!-
The best part about it is that hubby does all the cooking. I just chop the ingredients and he goes to work. When it's done, it's like delicious magic.
... and where I live, there is no 'fish sauce' air freshener. Can you imagine what the ads would be like?
[Neighbor enters house. Eyes closed, she takes a deep breath]
Neighbor: Marge, your house smells so... different! What is that lovely scent?
Marge: [overenthusiastically]Why it's something new from Airwick! "Fish Sauce Fresh" makes the whole house smell like fermented fish heads! I just can't get enough of it!
Neighbor: Wow. [sniffs deeply again] It makes me ... hungry. [pulls prawns from purse] Let's get cooking!
Marge: I thought you'd never ask! [the two disappear, arm in arm, happily into the kitchen.]

I don't care for Thai or Malay curries...I don't like coconut or peanuts.
But my husband's auntie makes the best chicken curry in the world...and my MIL makes a mean egg curry.
It's nice to be married into an Indian family... -

My wife and I make curry dishes for dinner fairly frequently (about once or twice a week). I prefer brown curry sauce over red and don't care for green curry at all.
In terms of favorite foods I like Rogan Josh, curried sweet potato soup, various chicken recipes, and anything with lentils.
Also, unless we are pressed for time, we only use fresh ginger, cilantro, etc. instead of pre-mixed curry powder. -

I love curry.. I dump our american powered version on chicken all the time.. I love the smell of curry too.. I didn't realize that there were different varieties of curry until a friend from India came and cooked for us and he showed me how to make curry from scratch and gave me a lesson on the different types and spices used. It was fun and interesting and tasted fantastic!
