   I love my life partner (husband), who is also my best friend, and if I didn't then we would not be together. There was no "until death do us depart" vow in our wedding service. The vow we took was "to remain together as husband and wife, unless or until love does us depart". By the way we lived together for 1 1/2 years before we married. The wedding service was only a formality of commitments we had already made to one another.

    I love him, although for a while, I thought I would leave. We've had some rough patches... But I agree with Timethief, sometimes love does fade, and that is okay...
