Just curious if your like me and hate large groups of people if you shop more online or go to malls. Personally I do most of my shopping online.

    I avoid both, when possible.

I tend to shop at locally owned businesses, instead.

It depends on what I'm shopping for. I definitely try to avoid the large crowds, especially around the holidays.

online, as far as books and cds are concerned. prices are better and i can generally find everything i want, as opposed to real stores where selection varies wildly and prices (mostly due to overhead) tend to be high. i have no problem with crowds, overall. shopping as a social experience can be pleasant, though i am far from what you could call a "people" person.

Mostly online too. There is no better way to shop. You can compare prices in a matter of seconds, far better selection than the local mall.

I am a browser I like looking more than buying and observing people and just spending time out of the house away from the computer

C'mon everybody, check out your local market (I mean street market) - it's a great way to shop, out in the open air. I would get a fat bottom blogging and shopping online!

I shop both way equally. Normally I will survey the electronics that I wanted to buy first in real life. Then, i would buy it through internet, you can actually find certain product a lot more cheaper from the internet.

What I have found out is that men shop online,, women shop out

Arm chair (internet) shopping is easier, but a bit more dangerous as to identity theft possibilities. Until more merhants install the super-security systems that many of the banks employ, I'd be very cautious indeed.

If I want instant gratification, I go to a store. Otherwise (and especially if I'm buying presents for other people), I go online.

I shop online mostly. I used to do ebay, but now prefer local classifieds. My favorites are www.craigslist.com and www.khrido.com I get pretty good bargain deals. I hate shipping and stuff, so buying locally is very convenient.

Only in shop and will continue, because more and more I get faulty products and have to return. Online just for airplace tickets but not always.

Online, though I do try to pick up things over the course of the year that I think people on my annual list would like. It makes it much easier then when Crunch Time comes.

Online. Prices are better 90% of the time and the resources you have for reviews and recommendations is endless. Nothing like learning from other people's mistakes when looking for a product.

I tend to do a mix of shopping online and shopping locally. I rarely go to the big malls.

I haven't been to a mall in years & avoid them like the plague. I support small, local businesses whenever possible & if that's not an option I shop online.
