Do you stretch in the morning?

I've been getting up at 5am this week to work out. So yes.
I'm only half-awake when doing it, though. Does it still count?

I have a regular yoga practice, so yes...however, on busy mornings it might be just a quick few neck rolls, some shoulder and hamstring work, etc...

I do about 20 minutes of stretching before I get out of bed every morning! I have a bad back and it helps me get normal. And then I do more before my work out.
