    I have a regular yoga practice, so yes...however, on busy mornings it might be just a quick few neck rolls, some shoulder and hamstring work, etc...

    Well, my wife makes me stretch quite regularly in the morning.
    And I make her stretch also.

    yeah..like wash my clothes...fed my kitten....up and down at stair try to get wireless....i think most of the time strecthing in my house.

    I use to stretch in the morning. Now that I am getting old I should start again.

    I do stretch in the mornings, more out of necessity than desire. I've got to work out the kinks and get moving or I'll be sleepy and uncomfortable all morning.

    I do about 20 minutes of stretching before I get out of bed every morning! I have a bad back and it helps me get normal. And then I do more before my work out.

    I love stretching. I do it every morning-shoulders, neck, back, legs-and intermittently during the day.

    Yeah, I stretch. I do some pilates every morning to help loosen up my back. It's pretty nice.
