Congratulation! Your 100 milestone can serve as an impetus to the next 500 level. Keep up your good work.

that's great! I have not even reached seventy even after a year of blogging!
So, it's indeed a milestone! -
A milestone is anything that gives you a personal sense of accomplishement and helps you move forward. Congrats.

It does take awhile to hit 100 posts. It's great to set goals for yourself; it'll encourage more posting, and particularly more quality posting. Good for you.

Congrats - and yes, 100 posts is a good reason to celebrate:-)
I'm at 60+ posts, so I'm getting there! -
Well, like what everybody else said .. it IS a milestone, if you think it is! So, congrat~
Just remember (since your on 95th post) .. if on the 100th post you write something like .."This Is My 100th Post" .. then, it doesn't count and it's still 99 count. :Ptffttftf -
yes, its not easy to write 100 posts. And somehow you need to celebrate abit for the milestone. Havw fun!

cool, keep up the good work, but you used your impending 100 post announcement up on number 95! I'm a little behind you, think I hit 71 yesterday.

Congratulations, and now for a cautionary tale.
A hundred posts is a marker to gauge yourself on, and you should feel some accomplishment. More than anything it is only a way of measuring yourself, comparing how you are doing with how you want to be doing. You can't compare it against anyone else either.
For example in 1997 one of my blogs got 101 posts for the year in total including 30 from other people, that isn't nearly as many as I wanted, but then again I wrote more than a thousand posts network wide both under my name and pseudonyms. This year with my own blogs and own network, I'll do half as many as last year, but in June did 138 posts myself. I know bloggers who do that many original posts in a week, but I can only gauge myself against where I am and the time I am putting into it.
How does that stack up to yours? It doesn't, be happy with you 100 posts in however long it took you to get them and gauge it against what you want to be doing, not what anyone else thinks or does. Also when you are writing post #100 be thinking about what post #101 and beyond will be about. Getting stuck in the moment is the surest way not to make it to post 110 much less #200. -
I think it really depends. If you have a bunch of junk posts that take 5 minutes to crank out then, no 100 posts is nothing. But if you have 100 quality, 750+ word posts than you are on your way to a really fantastic blog.
I cant wait until i hit 100 -
