Do you wear a bracelet? Why?

Bracelets are something we take for granted but they have a number of uses. If you wear one, is it just for decoration or another reason?

Not all the time, but when I do it is for decorative purpose. I wear very little jewellery to start with, so the bracelet will be the signature piece.

Ah Siralmo, such generalisation. What about men who wear magnetic bracelets or id bracelets that they bought for health reasons? There are plenty of those.

Bit unfair to call any man that wears one gay.

Having said that, I am slightly uneasy about men wearing jewellery apart from rings but that's just me..

I love bracelets, been wearing them since I was a teenager. If I am going out, I grab one to match my clothes. Almost all of them are the stretchy kind with stones or austrian crystals. I also wear a medical ID bracelet - got a 14k one so it's pretty rather than industrial looking.

Yes, I always wear a sterling silver "Fishers of Men" bracelet; the links are long lure clasps. In addition to the all sterling links, the bracelet is available with gold links, and in a combo of gold and sterling silver links.

I am a jewelry designer, so I rarely leave home without wearing a bracelet. I like the way they can pull an outfit together and they usually make great conversation pieces.

I wear a one bracelet. It shows my support for the campaign and is a constant reminder of how fortunate my life is compared to others in the world. I haven't been without it for a couple years now.

a once little boy who I'm very close to made me a beaded bracelet about five years ago, I wear it on my ankle. I've had it restrung twice but every spring I pull it back out and hook it on.

I have some from the early 80's in a drawer somewhere; it was the fad back then to have gold watches, and chains.

Haven’t worn them in 25 years.

Maybe i should dig them out with the price rising LOL

I have only one bracelet with sapphires and diamonds that my fiancee bought for me,,,but I don't wear it because the lock has opened twice at school...so I leave it home, and barely wear it. I am not into bracelets, they actually bother me...lol! I do wear my watch, rngs, earrings and a necklace.
