   I think most earn a few $ a month. The ads usually do not match so you can't earn much. Until they let people select ads they want, it won't be a major money maker.

   Make sure to read every page of google user help .. and use every tool possible like rotating ads color ... etc... read test again and again then change to another ad network if this don't work... then do the same thing .. it is all about testing

   Well, it still works but no longer as effective.. AdSense was better last two years but now the existence of crappy Google AdWords advertisers who bid for low paying ads spoiled everything. :-(
   
   Looking for a better alternative and WidgetBucks might be the one. Too early to tell though.

    Adsense works. What majority of people ignore is that you need to improve in your SEO (Search Engine Optimation ). You need to bring traffic from search engine to improve your click rates. Because bloggers like you and I will never click on google ads. You need to find new kind of traffics that looking for one of your articles. Thats why content is always KING.
    
    Don't just sit there and wait for people coming. Its not how it works, you need to work HARDER!

       I completely agree with your comment Kiwipulse. There is no such thing as a "free lunch"! Every penny (or Dollar if you are in the US) has to be earned. The more effort Bloggers put in to their blog to make contect more attractable through SEO, the more chance they have of people clicking on their adsense!

       Some get it they are happy and those who dont always complain.Someone atleast gets some money I suppose.You got to work hard for it not everyones cup of tea.With Great content I am sure life will be easy.If you have only adsense as your focus in your site then forget it,you will not earn much.If content is the focus then ppl will come to your site even if you dont try hard.Best of luck to all who want some cut in adsense story..

    I see about 0.20 a day, but I just really started getting a little more serious about blogging. The key, as was already mentioned is traffic...traffic..traffic... and its traffic in the form of unique visitors through searches. Regular readers do not click on add, at least, I don't...

    as a beginner i'll try to make a blog caused i heard their have a potensial to earning money...after 3rd month from my first posting I only get 10-20 unique visitor each month i passed.,,
    I tried to focus and wasted my time more on my blog,
    and the result..I only need 10days since january 20th - January 30th,2008 -- to make my blog get over 150 unique visitor/day..and get US$ 25 (the fist time I am focus on 10 days)..he999
    next month february 2008 my target is 500 unique visitor/day and get US$ 200/month.
