Does anyone here write about web/social/business development?

I'm an entrepreneur (I think it's in your blood or something) who worked for many years in urban real estate development, and ended up active online in recent years due to long term health problems and some physical handicap(s).
I like reading blogs by other who, like me, are fascinated by web development, VR, AI, and online society in general. Although I'm not a techie, I also read lite stuff such as codinghorror.com and even heavier fare such as Steve Yegge's (Google) rants on programming and Bram Cohen's journal blog.
If you have a different focus or set of interests, please join in and tell about them! (I'm also just a lifetime reader who enjoys great writing of almost every variety.)
