Clearly they have some of my stuff but I'm not sure how much because I'm not sure what the language is to translate.

Their site:

Article they took from:

Can't help you with the language, but how did you find it ... to know that they took your content?

Technorati. They had my URL and technorati picked it up.

Looks like Italian to me, and there's also a link to some website that ends with .it, so I think it's a safe bet.

    Thanks! Wasn't sure. Not infringement.

Yup, I was thinking Italian as well.

Why are you so worried about stolen content? It happens all the time. Google puts duplicated content in its supplemental index and it does no harm to the original poster

Because there are ads on the site. Yes, it does happen all the time but I don't put up w/ it and when I know that someone is taking material from someone else I make it a big deal. I use a translator for that site to find out what was up w/ it. If I can't read it it's a little difficult to figure it out. Even the links are in Italian. Copyright infringement is wrong regardless if it "happens all the time." That doesn't make it right and there are things to do to have it removed. This isn't infringement. They took aprox. 36 words and my link.
