Does the high paying ads relate with your page rank?

Hi, I'm using google adsense to monetize my blog. I know there are many ads for such keywords who pay more.

I want to know that, is it depends on your page rank/ traffic to show up the high paying ads? Or its just all about the keywords?

Your page content determines what ads they will run on your site. If your content is all over the place you will get the low paying ads.
