What is the name of your blog and what is the content of the blog? Is it like mine? Our Roads Today @ our-roadstoday.blogspot.com but it is all about webmaster, SEO, and online business. So it seems like is hard to utilize it base on the name and the content. Example, search for roads today in Google and find out. I could have achieve high ranking but how often do people search for our roads today and what is there target? A road construction company, state of our roads? I am sure not site optimization. So how can I over come this barrier?

Always best to keep keywords in mind when naming whether it's your blog or website.
Can you rename your blog? If not, maybe you can add subheads with keywords. -

My Blog's name matches perfectly the content "Cristina's Daily Paintings" at cristinasdailypaintings.blogspot.com/. It is about my miniature art, news about my events and art related topics, but I include my daily thoughts (rumblings and mumblings) and famous qoutes.
So...yes it should "kind of match" somehow. -
This is a good question, actually. Obviously, if you are targeting one or two specific keywords, I think it is an asset to your SERP results.
I have a site called www.inbox-dollars-pays.com which targets search engines queries for....?
InboxDollars!
