On a slightly relevant note: www.evilbible.com/Retard_December_2004.htm

I recommend everyone includes a gay character in their stories to be spiteful.

Not sure about the use of the word retard, do you actually know what a retard is
  2. voodooKobra
EvilBible isn't my website, so it's a moot discussion.

That scots site is strange, she grew up near chepstow in wales not scotland as they state

I found it on Google; my mom told me about this story from her Yahoo news and I used Google to find an article concerning it. Since I don't use Yahoo, I probably didn't grab the right article.

      What are you "hmmmm"ing about?
    2. libdrone
she is wondering what Really went on between Dumbledore and Snape
  5. voodooKobra
Haha it's not Snape it's Grindelwald

i don't think it's spiteful if there is a gay character. there shouldn't be no discrimination.

I can't be bothered to read. Where does "spiteful" come into it? And who gives a rat's ass about this fictional character's sexuality anyway?

      lmfao ... my sentiments exactly.

i had a moment of "blink, blink" and went, eh, cool, whatever.

and to the rabid gay rights activists who are complaining that "it's not enough for rowling to out dumbledore now" i say BAH. it's a freaking kids' series. dumbledore's sexuality was never a plot point. it does explain the grindelwald bit, but nothing more needed to be said about it than what she wrote in the books.

    Dumbledore is Gay???

    OH SHUT THE HELL UP

You're a little late to this one.

Let's ask a more important question. What is Dumbledore's stance on baking soda?
    1. MadameX
Mark...Mark...Mark. I thought I'd been really clear on this. If Dumbledore didn't take a position on baking soda DURING the series, he CAN'T TAKE ONE NOW. That's it. Non-negotiable. Dumbledore has no position on baking soda.
    2. clioandme
But maybe there was baking soda in that magic and we just weren't paying attention.
    3. gosmelltheflowers
He used baking soda to keep his beard extra white and shiny.

Am I the only person in the world that has no idea who/what dumbledore is, let alone why I should/should not be concerned about his/her/its persuasion?
    1. kdawg68
      well then, ignorance is bliss!
  11. Manictastic
I've read in Time, that one of the Smurfs might be gay.
    1. clioandme
What do Smurfs call baking soda?

For that matter, how do you say it in Flemish?
    2. MadameX
Didn't you ever have a Smurf? They don't have...um...distinguishing features.
    3. Manictastic
I never come near kitchens so I have no idea how we call baking soda, stoneman.

A Smurf is a smurf with us. See, no capital letter, that's the big difference.
    4. voodooKobra
MadameX: There are always the smurfs behind the toilet who only speak to you when you're drunk, too.
  12. ChessMagic
again, madameX and stoneman are ganging up and posting side topics
