Are they quality visitors though -
crkian, they are not all quality visitors because they can just visit for the sake of the money they get, but there is still that possible they will look at your blog and read its content or even subscribe to it.

I'd say, if they're showing up for money, none of them are quality traffic. Sure, a couple may subscribe, but a 2-3% turnover is not worth the effort. I've gotten more subscribers just hanging out on BC than that. -
well, if you have plenty of spare time, its still worth they try. Who knows you might get lucky and get many clicks for your ads.

Yeah this doesn't seem like a good way to get decent viable traffic. I'd rather have 1 decent post or sign up than 10 spammers visiting my site. This seems a little black hat and in the long run in-effective to me.-
hi n8 . you lose nothing if you try this one. it is also another way to get referrals. you can advertise any earning program you're at and let visitors stay in your site for 25 seconds.

Getting traffic is easy. Sustaining them is difficult.
Traffic sources with low quality traffic[no repeat visitors]:
Entrecard
PTC
Reddit/Digg
Search Engines
Traffic sources with some repeat visitors:
Blog directories and communities
Blogrolls
Guest posts
This is my opinion though.

This sounds like another traffic exchange scheme. Not my cup of tea, but whatever works for you I guess. I don't understand the whole concept of how in the world you are making money doing this and it doesn't sound like something I would personally do or recommend. -

I wouldn't waste any time @ box of dollars, I think its pointless. You'll be better off doing something else. No one is going to care about your site, they are just going to try to promote their own.
If you want free traffic, that, in my opinion will have a slightly better chance to be interested try this:

It's basically a pyramid scheme but it's free. So, is it really a scheme? And it's pretty much effortless.
The way it works is you get people to sign up and your link appears on their link and their link appears on the people they get to sign up links up to 6 degrees.
While this is normally considered a pyramid scheme if there was money involved, I'd agree, but its free and that way it works is that every visitor will see your site for at least 10 seconds.
It's a better option than box of dollars because it requires no effort beyond promoting their link on your site.
Again, it's not high quality traffic, but if your site is catchy, someone actually may like what the see and bookmark you. Your time is worth more than what box of dollars offers. I agree that forums and places like BC are more worth your time and effort.
I always look for automatic ways to get traffic. If you have to spend a lot of time to get traffic, it better be high quality -
I rather get traffic off what my blog is, and not what kind of get rich scheme I'm posting or some gimmick just to say 'I got the most' whatever...-
Its not about getting the most its just about getting a little more exposure
