The Thirty Seven Practices of the Bodhisattva is a classic Tibetan Buddhist text written in the 14th century. It is traditionally studied in order to train in the compassionate wisdom of a bodhisattva, who is able to overcome all negativity and manifest positive qualities for the benefit of beings. Through centuries old, these verses are still relevant, for they point out the hazards of being enmeshed in worldly concerns and explain how to develop beneficial attitudes in challenging situations.
