I'm guessing it was removed because it had bullmanure in the title (well the saxon version of manure) but I had put a couple of stars in.

Sorry if I offended anyone, I was just quoting the title of the video I was basing the discussion on. I thought it raised some interesting points about recycling.

In particular that aluminium can recyling is the only type of recycling that makes economic and environmental sense. An eye opener for me and I was wondering what others thought. Here is the link to the video but don't go if you dont appreciate Saxon English. (Those blasted Normans have a lot to answer for)

hummm that stinks , I was going to comment so I will here, I am for recycling but my community does not make it available, in order to recycle I would have to go to 3 seperate communities to get rid of the stuff. I don't have the time to do that, so I recycle my cans and that's it ,

Here we have to recycle our rubbish or they will not take it away. The thing is, if it is only economic to recycle aluminium, why waste energy and money recyling glass, plastic and paper.

We have had a complete recycling program for over 15 years now. I'm sorry to hear that you don't.

We have a most recycling done in Anchorage, in fact I am working on a post now about it. There is none where I live, I am hoping that'll change soon. I have been hearing rumors...good ones for a change.
