Favorite Game meat to eat?

What is your favorite game meat to eat? Turtle, duck, goose, bear, elk, wild hog, ect....
Ours is deer. I did a blog post on fixing deer four ways.

So far my favorites have been wild boar and gator-

Venison stew is pretty good. I've had Elk meat once, but I don't recall it. I recently had the opportunity to eat some Moose heart, which wasn't bad

Not a big fan of duck
Turtle is alright if it's kept in a tank for a few days, and the water is changed out regular
never had bear - I've heard it's a lot like hog meat
never had elk - would love to try it
Hog Meat is my specialty
Rattle Snake isn't bad - really close to chicken
Love gator, frogs legs, and almost all fish (especially salt water)
Venison is King! - It's bow season in Alabama now, my buddy went up, hopefully I get a ham or shoulder out of the deal.-
If you lived closer or I knew how to ship it I would send you some. They are thick in my back yard this year. They planted corn out there and they hang around after harvest season.

I usually get one in Ohio at grandma's I get it home by packing it in a suitcase with ice packs and checking it. Our Florida deer aren't as good. They eat a lot of orange blossoms and grass in the groves, but we never get a freeze to kill the parasites, so they only get about the size of a large dog.

They have some bison on a ranch past Nashville I think It may be before. I saw them in a pasture and thought that they looked funny and too big for me to take care of

they have bison ranches here too. the wild ones are protected, so if someone ate some it is either these domestic ones of poached game

I think some states have a season for them, I've seen them hunted on television.

Those are thos big ranches that let them go free and you go and hunt them.They even have some for hogs. They wanted to cross breed my duroc with the wild hogs to get a better meat hog but keep the dark color.

Deer's the only one I've really had. Loved it though. -
Let the alien masters come and we will see where everyone hides while they hunt
