No, no...although it can't hurt right. But seriously, it's a great song. By far the best song based on a name.
    2. crpitt
      Okay (kiss arse)

      I shall have a think.

    Kate by Ben Folds Five
    1. Jaybetee
definitely a good one. I've been into Cologne lately...can't stop listening to it for some reason...at least once a day.
    2. Stillthinking
Also excellent! Ben loves to write songs about girls. When I feel really upbeat, I like to listen Julianne.

"I got a bag of trash, I got a bag of trash!

I love the video, too. They just look so content.

Like it! I def do not listen to enough Elvis Costello. Every time I do I dig it, but for some reason don't have too much of his stuff. *adding a note to my to do list*

Alison by Elvis Costello or Beethoven's Fur Elise.
    1. Jaybetee
Holy moly, what a voice. Still listening, but what I've heard is beautiful. Thanks for the link, you have changed the mood of my morning.
    2. AngieA
      Holy Moly is right.

      @crpitt

Pay the incontinent aardvark no mind, we all know what they're like.

      I dig 'Valerie'

Valerie (the Amy Winehouse acoustic version)

I will likely have a different answer by the end of the day as I'm extraordinarily fickle when it comes to favorite music.

    Isobella by Enya.
    www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTWNWCMGObY

This is about the 'ghost' of a child that visited Enya and
Roma Ryan at the Aigle studio.

Music: Eithne Ní Bhraonáin - Lyrics: Roma Ryan
    Language: Irish (Gaeilge)

I do bheatha sa tús, sa deireadh,
I do bheatha sa tús, sa deireadh.
    Isobella, o
    Isobella, o

I do lá 's tú go sámh
I do lá 's tú go fior.
Grá, anois go deo na ndeor.

I do bheatha sa tús, sa deireadh
I do bheatha sa tús, sa deireadh
    Isobella, o
    Isobella, o

I do lá 's tú gan buairt
I do lá 's tú gan brón
    Grá, anois go deo
Grá, anois go deo na ndeor.

    Translation:

Out of morning and into midnight,
Through the sunrise and under moonlight.
    Isobella, oh!
    Isobella, dream of me.

    Everything that comes from day
Comes into the heart to stay.
Love is in your name each day.

In the moment you come before me,
In that moment I see you only
    Isobella, oh!
    Isobella, dream of me.

    Everything that comes from night
    Comes within your shining light.
Love is in your name each night.

    1. timethief
      Is this what you mean?

I am a warrior for the child
      With my shield of protection
I keep her free from danger
I am strong; I am here for the child

    Michelle - The Beatles
Music and lyrics by John Lennon

    Michelle, ma belle
These are words that go together well
    My Michelle

    Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont tres bien ensemble
    tres bien ensemble

I love you, I love you, I love you
that's all I want to say
    Until I find a way
I will say the only words I know you'll understand

    Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont tres bien ensemble
    tres bien ensemble

I need to, I need to, I need to
I need to make you see
Oh, what you mean to me
Until I do I'm hoping you will know what I mean
    I love you

I want you, I want you, I want you
I think you know by now
I'll get to you some how
Until I do I'm telling you so you'll understand

    Michelle, ma belle
Sont des mots qui vont tres bien ensemble
    tres bien ensemble
And I will say the only words I know that you'll understand
    My Michelle
    1. ronabagnale
Paul McCartney wrote this, not Lennon.
    2. Onchong
      @ Ronabagnale,

The middle part of the song was written by John Lennon. Credit should be given to both.

      Thanks
