That's a lot of stuff to answer. Suffice it to say that my fave superhero is The Napping Avenger (my hubby's secret identity...oh darn...I just blew it!) Personally I'd probably be on the villain side, myself. I relate highly to Professor Chaos (sometimes I think Butters' character on South Park was modelled after my childhood.)

Who is your favorite superhero? It's a tie Lobo and Bizarro....... What? Ok fine. It's a tie between Wolverine and Batman. Hard to pick one or the other as the best
What superhero do you most identify with? Bizarro?
Favorite brand of superheros? DC / Marvel: Ah, The ultimate question. I can't say. They both are just as equally matched at times.
If you could be any superhero, who would you be? Mr Terrific? Hmmmmmm, Can't answer that one -

Batman ranks 1st with me. Then wolverine. When I was twelve or thirteen, I watched "Wonder Woman" in the 70's. She "forced" me to think naughty thoughts.
oh my -
Superman. But Batman is badass 'cause he doesn't really have any "real" superpowers other than being rich enough to afford nifty gadgets.
I like the Punisher, too. -

If I must choose a superhero, I'll take the Tick.
"Evildoers, eat my justice!"
"I say to you villains...knock off all that evil!" -
-
Who is your favorite superhero? SPIDER-MAN, 'cause he's just so darned funny. Also, his tortured lovelife and sense of justice. But mostly, the funny.
What superhero do you most identify with? Hmmm. I think WOLVERINE. But only 'cause of all this damn adamantium inside me.
Favorite brand of superheros? DC / Marvel: MARVEL, without question. Though DCs Wildstorm and Vertigo imprints are pretty rockin'.
If you could be any superhero, who would you be?: Um. Good question. Maybe FAIRCHILD from Gen13. Kick-ass chick.
The other questions all had to do with my theoretical name, powers and archenemy, and I don't feel qualified to answer them, not having ever auditioned for "Whe Wants to be a Superhero?"
But I'd like to have The Human Torch, The Silver Surfer, The Black Widow, Thor, Gambit and Kitty Pryde on my superhero team. Unbeatable! -
The Tick-- love the sense of humor.
But growing up it was a real toss up for me, wanting to be either Wonder Woman or Batgirl.
I joke that at work I am Back-up Girl, the person no one asked for first, but who ends up rescuing the situation because she's the only one actually around.
You can see some of her adventures here (and yes, there is a cartoon storyline):

Not a big fan of Superman, think the Superman puts on a pair of glasses and suddenly no one suspects a thing, thing was just too annoying! I spent a lot of time shouting at it 'its him! Superman with specs!!!!'
I do love the X-Men used to watch it as a cartoon when I was little, used to like Rogue (I'm sure she could fly in the cartoon?) I do like Wolverine though.
But three cheers for Mighty Mouse!!! He must be confident in himself if he can sing his own theme tune!!! -

@dosyrosie - I was always wondering that too as a kid. Recently though I was listening to an Graphic Audio version of a DC series and they had him relaxing his jaw and his muscles as he went to bed with Lois Lane......
I guess that makes sense. Still doesn't explain the hair though, He goes from geeky haircut to wild hair in a split second but yet you never see him take out a comb or hair gel.
Anyway, No Green Lantern fans in here? Bet that'll change once the movie comes out and everyone jumps on the bandwagon.

Superman without a doubt.
Sandman is a close second, though I am not sure if he can be classified a superhero. Nevertheless, Sandman is the best comic book series I have ever read. Neil Gaiman rocks.-
@Dukepro25: Sandman appears in the aptly-named "Sandman" book, which is brought to you by DC Vertigo. Vertigo (at one time, an independent), is definitely in the "graphic novel" business, as opposed to the comic book one.
Um... I actually don't know that I'd call Sandman a superhero, exactly... He is, however, Neil Gaiman at his finest. (But then, when is Gaiman NOT at his finest?)
My favourite character in the "Sandman" book, incidentally, is his older sister, Death. She's funny. ("Next thing you're going to be moaning that I ought to get a scythe...")
"Sandman" is definitely worth checking out. As is anything remotely related to Neil Gaiman. Man's a freaking genius.

Sure there are. Many of the X-Men are chicks, and there's Wonder Woman, and one half of the Wonder Twins, and Batgirl and Supergirl and Spider-Girl, and...
Oh, okay, it's not a terribly enlightened, feminine-empowering world, comics.
Case in point: Vampirella. She's one of few female comic heroes who has her own series, she's been around for decades, she has a legion of dedicated followers... but only because her outfit basically amounts to two pieces of sticky tape slung diagonally across her body. Ever seen that Cher video for "If I Could Turn Back Time", when she's on the navy ship? Vampirella's outfit makes the one she was wearing look modest.
Check her out: www.vampirella.com/
If you're looking for a great female role model in comics, there's always Emily the Strange...
In all seriousness, though, comic chicks of note: Jean Grey, Storm, Kitty Pryde, Rogue (all X-Men), Inferno, Black Canary (JLA), Fairchild, Roxy (Gen13), Elektra, The Black Widow and Fray.
And, yes, they pretty much all wear tights.

i was a marvel comics nut when i was a kid. the thing was probably my favorite.
LEAST favorite would be batman. boy, i can go on about that guy. how is he even a superhero? he's a rich guy who invents gadgets to make up for not having superpowers. that's syndrome from the incredibles, isn't it? how does he get to be in the justice league? even aquaman can breathe underwater. you can't LEARN to do that! batman. i don't get it. -
