What is your favorite cookie? and do you like the hard or soft and chewy?

I just made some coconut cookies and they are soft and chewy and so good.
My favorite is white chocolate macadaman nut cookies. Ant they have to be soft and chewy too.

Gotta go with good 'ol chocolate chips still warm and molten from the oven.

    Bacon Peanut Butter!

Chocolate covered coconut macaroon. Around here they call them "buffalo chips" which unfortunately suggests something much more malodorous.

We make these crisp little sugar cookies at the holidays... I *love* them. They are so easy -- they go quick though.

I'm definitely a crisp cookie person b/c I'm a dunker. If I have a cookie in one hand, there has to be a cup of coffee or tea in the other.

    Anything with walnuts.

Those white fudge covered oreos that come out around the holidays and cost way too much. But DAMN are they worth every penny.

Peanut Butter and Oatmeal or those danish wedding cookie things. Yum!

And would that be the hard or the soft and chewy kind?

Definitely chewy. Just made oatmeal/chocolate chip this weekend. Used the mini chips. They were awesome!

There really is only one kind of cookie -- chocolate chip. The rest are just commentary.

There's nothing better than a Anzac Biscuit! Here's the recipe:

They're great for dunking in coffee or tea!

I'd have to say homemade chocolate chip cookies and the shortbread cookies my grandma use to make before Christmas.. yum yum.

@mac: A friend of mine sent me 2 tins of anzac biscuits last year.. they did not last long in our house at all. I kept the tins and store my tea bags in them now. I can still smell those biscuits too

Too many but without a doubt number one is Toll House chocolate chip, right out of the oven with an ice cold glass of moo-moo.
