Favorite way to eat bacon?

What is your favorite way to eat bacon? Crispy, chewy, wrapped around something (yes I know some one will go there)
I made biscuit strips this morning and baked them with bacon on top. they soaked up all the grease and were wonderful and so not good for you.

You know I don't really like bacon. But, yesterday I made beef bourguignon (following the recipe by Julia Child) and it has a bunch of it and it was awesome!!!

Thanks Leg, I would totally do it again just to see the pleased faces of my friends. You know that you cooked something delicious when even a couple of vegetarians tried the dish composed of beef and bacon

my daughter wants me to try that. She makes maple bacon by brushing maple syrup on bacon before baking it.

Crispy on a biscuit or with cheese grits and eggs. -
Using the mouths of my children - I don't like regular bacon. I'll eat turkey bacon, if it's well-done and -drained, but normal bacon grosses me out with it's floppy, chewy, nasty blobs of fat. [shudder]

Mine does we have ruby, mama, mama #2, olie, speckles, miss piggy, The boar is called "the pimp", we have buckey and 6 more running around that have not bee named yet. That makes 14 pigs here at the moment.
