    Whole wheat bread with sunflower seeds in it, lightly toasted. Mayo and mustard, and a little vinegar, salt & pepper. Cheddar cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, green chile, avacado, radish sprouts. Yum. Thanks.

    How about a twist with peanut butter and banana? Before you say UGH! ya gotta try it sometime. :-)
    
    You can either mash the banana and stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter, or spread the peanut butter on a slice of bread then distribute slices of banana on top of it before adding the 2nd slice of bread.
    
    I grew up on this and I'm still alive and kicking. ;-)

    Fresh mozzarella cheese, Virgina ham, slightly heated through till cheese melts, then add thinly sliced tomato, roasted pepper, and mayo on fresh Italian Bread with nice cold Pepsi. ( or a vodka )
