Topics: blog, compelling, exposed, honesty, vulnerable
Do you write a blog that leaves you feeling exposed, open, vulnerable? Is it honest, compelling, humorous (at times)and honest?
If so, leave me a link so I can check you out. I am always looking for a great blog to read and hopefully add to my "Great Links" page.

I feel exposed because so many people initially view me as some left wing freak who does not believe in science.

My stories are extremely personal and I feel I leave something of myself in them. That's why I prefer to be anonymous...

Exposed? Any writer exposes themselves when they put their work out there. I never know what kind of comments my poems or stories are going to receive.

I think some of my posts are that way. Not all as it depends on the topic. Some I pour my heart out and others not as much due to the topic matter. But overall I tend to be an emotionally open person. The title of my blog is Naked in Eden, which is also the title of the book I just wrote and am in the process of publishing. Now, for me Naked in Eden means my willingness to be on this earth and often live exposed to Life, myself, my friend, my sweetheart. It represents a willingness to take risk and to speak up and to be a free thinker.

My personal blog, there's no telling what I will say and there are things that are very serious. I don't feel exposed or any such. I'm me.

Exposed, hm yeah quite a bit. I tell quite a few things about myself on there and certain posts can become quite personal. I don't mind though, as long as I don't get creepy stalkers :).

I feel as though this post is some openness on my part. -
I have two blogs and they are both pretty good about telling how I feel. That is why I started the blogs. girlropi.blogspot.com gives me the most therapeutic anxiety however

I used to feel that way on my blog in the earlier days. Now, I am a little more guarded about what I say on there. With experience you learn to be a bit more careful.

Yes, I do...but it also helps in my own healing - my goal for sharing some of my experience is to help end some of the stigma's out there surrounding sexual assault, domestic violence and child sexual assault. I want to show while a person may have once suffered at the hands of another, that it doesn't mean that crime defines the victim - that we need to be open and frank when speaking about these issues, and we need to show that it can and does happen to anyone....
I also want to show that people with those prior experiences have so much wisdom in them, and if they have survived it (not stay that victim) then they can in turn guide others in doing so as well....plus we need to laugh...ALL of us..

April is an awareness month for Sexual Assault, and Child Abuse..
Today I shared on my blog a very personal story that exposes both...please stop by ..read...and share. There are also some links to valuable sites for survivors:
