File sharing: How Careful Are You?

File sharing software: great stuff. Not that I use it myself (unless you count YouTube).
It lets employees share documents, puts cool music on just about anybody's computer, and lets somebody in Tehran get up close and personal with President Obama's helicopter plans. ( anotherwaronterrorblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/marine-one-plans-in-tehran-file... )

Do you use file sharing software?
What kind?
For what?
What do you think of the technology, and its uses?

I've used it as an easy way to transfer files between computers. I do a lot of photography with 10 megapixel cameras, so the file sizes can be pretty big. It's easier to transfer several thousand photos via filesharing than by burning them to a disc or using a flash drive.-
