   The PR of a page is a measure of the PR of the pages linking to that page, in other words, get backlinks from pages with a decent PR rating themselves

   establish relationships with other bloggers, support each other and write good, solid content .. As I stated, it did not happen for me right away .. I had to bribe them all with trips and presents lol
